As a physical therapist assistant, personal trainer, and massage therapist, utilizing a holistic approach to health and wellness is a true passion. Having a physical therapy background provides a strong foundation in understanding biomechanics, injury recovery, and functional movement. This professional understanding informs my personal training practices, allowing for targeted exercise programs that address individual needs and goals; whether it's improving strength, endurance, or overall fitness. Complementing these skills, my training as a massage therapist enables for us to address soft tissue restrictions, reduce pain and tension, and promote relaxation. By integrating these three disciplines the services provided will consist of comprehensive care that not only helps clients recover from injuries and manage pain, but also empowers them to achieve optimal physical performance and well-being.
