As a physical therapist assistant, personal trainer, and massage therapist, utilizing a holistic approach to health and wellness is a true passion. Having a physical therapy background provides a strong foundation in understanding biomechanics, injury recovery, and functional movement. This professional understanding informs my personal training practices, allowing for targeted exercise programs that address individual needs and goals; whether it's improving strength, endurance, or overall fitness. Complementing these skills, my training as a massage therapist enables for us to address soft tissue restrictions, reduce pain and tension, and promote relaxation.
